I called Terminix and they responded fairly quickly and efficiently. They even returned after I had cleaned up a bit since the house had been unoccupied for a few months. I was worried about ants and large bugs. I have seen no ants and occasionally a roach may be found but sometimes doors are left open to porch while talking. I am very happy with the service and the professionalism as well as neighborliness of the techs.
