The technician removed our 4 rodent bait traps and said they were broken. I called your office to see about the situation. I couldn't understand how all 4 could break at the same time. It sounded like a scam to me. Your telephone rep. confirmed that it would cost $74 to get new bait traps. She also told me I could start paying $190 quarterly and get new bait traps and termite coverage. I was not happy with my phone call to your office.

I have been a customer for a year and was very fond of Advantage. I even recommended two of my friends to your business, and they are now your customers. Currently, I am very disappointed in what just happened to me. Can someone in the management of your business please contact me.
