Someone Renewed my contract without authorization and without speaking to me. Someone sprayed my house after I spoke with them on the ring camera and told him not to. Showed up to my house without an appointment. You can’t just show up. On top of that I call in to cancel my service and some guy Jordan hung up the phone in my face. Unprofessional to the highest standard.
