We began having problems with PestBear when Josh was still the manager for our area. Killed our front yard and never fixed it. Months passed, enter Oren. Oren continued the crappy customer service by continuing to lie to us. Front yard was finally resodded over 9 months after initial notification. Never could get them to take much responsibility. Finally switched to a different company last month and low and behold, our yard looked absolutely fantastic! Look elsewhere if you are in the market for a lawn service company.
