3rd time that terminix has come for carpenter ants. Was very disappointed in how long it took to get this appointment. the service overall by technician was good but I wish that Terminix would have followed up after the appointment knowing how difficult and frustrating this has been for me. Root cause should be determined so I can deal with it.
