I'm still not getting a call prior to your visits. I realize that you may not give schedules out until the day of the visit but that doesn't work for me. I have a locked gate and if I am not aware that you will be at my house, it is not accessible. I'm paying for pest prevention and the technician has not been inside to treat or check for pests except once this year. I like your staff but I don't like that your company is unable to have a schedule in advance. Looking for alternatives.
