Jamal came to treat our house for bugs. We had mostly German roaches. Jamal identified them. Even showed me where they congregated.
Upstairs he showed the larger roaches colony areas. He was very nice, knowledgeable and hopeful. He is coming back in two weeks to retreat anything if needed. I highly recommend him.
