Prices seem to go up ever year for about 10 minutes of inspection. I don't know how good of an inspection can be done in 10 minutes. Each year has a different inspector. The one year before last, the inspector thought the were 2 buildings to be inspected. I had to assure him there was only 1. This year, when the inspector came, I saw he drove up to the barn so I rode over in the Gator to see what he found. Just as I got there, he cranked up and drove off on around the farm. Didn't know why. After he came back,I asked him where he went. He said he was looking for a house. I asked him if he saw the address and he said yes. I asked him if the notes to inspect showed a barn. He said something about computer service. I asked him if he saw any houses.He said no. Took about 10 minutes to do inspection and he was gone. Never could understand why he didn't speak or ask about a house before he drove off after I drove up.
