We spent almost $5,000 for what we were told would be a sealed crawl space only to find out when we were selling our house that we did not in fact have a sealed crawl space, we had a conditioned crawl space that wasn't even done properly. It has been a nightmare trying to get Terminix out to correct their deficiencies.We are due to close on our house in a week and our problem has yet to be corrected. Do not use Terminix. They will mislead you and put you off when they make a mistake. VERY DISSATISFIED with their service.
