First, I am not a customer. I requested a CONSULT and specifically stated I did not want service on Saturday, Feb 8. I originally requested an appointment between 8am-10am but couldn't arranger that so it was set for 10am-12am. Apparently someone was there prior to 10am, did not make contact and treated the lawn for pest. I wasn't inquiring about pest care. I wanted a consult for shrubs! I called Travis on Monday, Feb 10, and left a detailed voicemail message and requested a return call which I never received. I had spoken to Travis originally when inquiring about scheduling a consult. I will never be a customer and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know about this experience. I give this company a ZERO star rating but have to give a 1 star just to post this review, which I doubt will ever be posted due to the negative feedback it contains.
