I have been using Dry-Concepts for more than 15 years and I have ALWAYS been very happy with their service. They do a stellar job on carpets, area rugs, orientals, and furniture. I'm rather picky, and yet they have always exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier and the tech that recently came was the absolutely the best!
