I really do not know what is going on with your business. Not only was I billed for no services rendered, not only do I never get returned phone calls, not only is a service guy promised for a particular day and he doesn't show up, on top of all that I ask for your equipment to be removed a week ago and no action taken. I will call again today, but I have to tell you I am close to leaving this type of review on yelp and other internet outlets. I don't know if you guys are understaffed or what, but your service is awful.- Jerry Berman.
