Courteous service. Trustworthy. I had another exterminator out three times and they seemed unable to correct our mouse problem, so I called Arterix. I told them that the problem may or may not have been solved, but wanted another opinion. They told me they would use bait to see if any mice were in the house and if so, we agreed upon a treatment price. If not, they would not charge us at all. Well, the previous exterminator seemed to have corrected the problem as no mice were trapped over the two-week period. Never-the-less Arterix did an inspection, told me the previous exterminator had done a good job. They did not charge us a penny. (however, I did give them an unsolicited "fee" for their effort). They could have taken me for a ride, but they appear to be honest.
