we have used pest bear for monthly treatment of lawn and shrubbery. it seems that the technician may not be inspecting all of the shrubbery for damage, insects, pests, etc. after the latest pest bear treatment, we noticed bugs on some of the shrubbery. there was no mention of these bugs, nor was there any specific mention of targeted treatment to solve this problem.
going forward, we would like to see confirmation by the tech of the results of his/her inspection of the shrub plants, as well as any actions taken to remedy any problems noted.
