I'm not sure your technicians actually pay all that much attention to what they are doing. I asked the tech to remove webs on a part of the house 3 times. Told him exactly where each time. Each time he told me he removed and treated the area. Each time I checked, and each time I found the obvious area was missed. I finally had to walk him to the area and point to it directly from a foot away. Your techs seem to be in a hurry, miss major problem areas routinely, even after I point them out multiple times. This has occurred several times during different treatment events. I am considering cancelling as you are expensive and not reliable.
