I signed up for Terminix via door-to-door sales pitch knowing nothing about the company. What attracted me was the variety of pest coverage and the 4 quarterly treatment schedule. Eddie was the serviceman who did the first call and he was excellent WRT customer service. Courteous, friendly, professional. He spray treated the whole exterior and used a couple of other products where we had an active wasp nest inside an exterior wall. No more wasps. I have used Orion in the past to protect against carpenter ants. Terminix is about 15% pricier but they offer a much more comprehensive and proactive treatment program. It is still very early to tell, but with the quarterly treatments and guarantees I don't think I will be disappointed.
