I'm impressed with the good service and professionalism, but as a good and returning customer, I'm hoping for more flexibility on a discount for future dry cleanings.

Ms. Waters, thank you for your kind words about our company. We value all of our customers and we do offer a discount in the summer after a customer has utilized our service for the first time. You were a first time customer when we cleaned your area rugs and when we went to your home several days later to clean on location carpet your total was a minimum service fee and therefore, we can't apply a discount to that.
