Our building is complicated. We have had a handful of THOUROUGH consistent service technicians. Unfortunately, it seems that as soon as we have someone familiar with our building we get a new technician who completes the entire building in less than 10 minutes which is impossible. This is why we opted to go back to monthly billing and not pay the yearly amount. Just in case we have to look for an alternative provider in the future.
