Our building is complex and while we appreciate the service you have provided it is sometimes very inconsistent because "new to us" technicians aren't familiar to the building. Because of this some areas are being treated consistently and some areas completely missed. There have been times I have accompanied the technicians to show them the building. Unfortunately, I simply do not have time to do this every single time we have someone new.
