I've been using Terminix for the last 2 years. The first year we contracted with them the service was good however, this past summer they changed the individual that serviced our area and I wasn't not at all happy with the service. Called to complain but was told that was the only individual available, I was fully intending on cancelling our service with Terminix this coming 2021 summer. On January 15th a new service tech from Terminix serviced our location and I had a good conversation with him and he seemed very knowledgably. If he continues to service our location, I will provide another opportunity for Terminix this summer. I am only providing an average rating at this time due to prior history but again I was impressed with the service tech from January 15th.
