No I'm not happy with the service and would not recommend Terminix. In the past I've been billed incorrectly, service not performed as anticipated. Further this week the technician came onsite spent less than 5 mins here and didn't perform all the services contracted. If the contract states all the activities that a home owner is paying for then one would assume all the activities would be completed - I'm not paying full value to receive only 1/2 of the service.
