Met with Doug over a progressively worsening infestation of my garden/deck space by spiders - and some minor problems with centipedes inside. I really appreciated that he explained how the treatments he uses worked and why this means they are sometimes less effective with spiders. Didn't oversell his services. In fact, the service worked remarkably well so far and we are very pleased with the results. The price is also very reasonable.

I was so frazzled the morning Doug was coming I almost cancelled. I'm so glad I didn't. My dachshund discovered the rat hideout in our garage the day before and the place was a wreck. We also have drywood termites and need old and damaged fascia boards replaced. Doug showed up on time and spent two hours working at our 1950's home (with no air conditioning) in 104 degree heat. He listened to me, did a thorough inspection, and provided plan of action and quote that day. He is currently scheduling and coordinating all of the work to be done. Doug was very professional and you can tell he enjoys what he does. There was no high-pressured sales pitch. As an extra bonus, he passed the sniff test by my dogs and received tail wags too. I felt a great weight lifted off of my shoulders once when we made the decision to go with Doug that same day. I will provide updates as the work is being completed.

Doug came this AM to save my dog & I from overwhelming non stop fleas in our Mission Beach/Bay home. Inside & out spray & follow up in 2 wks -vacate for treatment + 3 hrs- very reasonable cost- Thanks Doug- do call him for any BUG issues

Doug's Bug Company was referred to me from a friend and we seriously love them. Doug himself is a really great guy! One thing I LOVE is that they clean all the webs outside as they spray! AWESOME!!!! After the first time I had them spray outdoors, I was still seeing more spiders then I wanted to a few days later so they immediately came back to tackle the area at no added fee. Doug's Bug Company makes you feel like you have your local mom and pop shop there because of their care, time, attention to detail for you and your home and their professionalism! You will love them too!

Affordable, always on time, thorough, and they even clean up the cobwebs around the exterior of the house! We haven't seen any insects in the house or near doorways/windows since we started using Doug's. They are also very respectful of our garden and do not spray around our plants or step around the plants.

Second time we have used Doug - the first he came out on a Saturday to get dead rodents out of our crawl space (for which I am forever grateful!). Called him again about pantry moths, ants, spiders, and some questions about rats. He is very knowledgeable, unhurried, thoughtful about plan/options, and gives no pressure on what you choose. He gave me an estimate over the phone before coming. Reasonable prices and flexible when my husband wanted to add things I hadn't mentioned over the phone. Great service, very nice, and prompt service - showed me what he did, where he put traps, what to do to keep safe for kids/dogs, and when to throw away traps or call him to dispose. Will definitely be using him again, likely signing up for recurring preventive service with him!

I got exposed to bed bugs at a hotel when I was out of town. When I got home I developed bites, so I feared that I had brought them home. Doug came out promptly & inspected my house. No bugs were found, thank goodness. Doug educated me about bed bugs & things to look out for. He was was knowledgeable & obviously cares about what he does. Luckily, I didn't need any treatment, but if I ever do, I'll definitely call Doug!

I highly recommend Doug and his company Doug's Bug Company. I had first called one of the bigger name companies and gotten an estimate for a flea infestation at a property we own. When I tried to schedule service with this bigger name company I called 2x and was frustrated with lack of response from the answering service. I called Doug based on great Yelp reviews and was pleased with his response, estimate and his service. He had an appointment within a couple days. He conveniently emailed me my receipt. And he was a few bucks cheaper than the larger company. Though, I would have paid even more just to have good service. Gotta love owner/operated companies like Doug's Bug Company. It's your best bet for getting good service from someone who takes pride in their work and business. Thanks Doug!

Just signed up for regular service treatments with Doug's Pest Control. We had some creepy prehistoric-looking centipede type bugs entering the house. When I called Doug to ask about this, he was able to determine the type of bug and how to treat. Not only did Doug provide same day service, but he did a very thorough job of spraying the exterior and took extra precautions by adding some granules to the grass area near our home to kill any eggs.
