I was not happy with my service today. I have had several wasps flying around my back deck.The guy came, did not look for nests. He said they are attracted to my raw decking, and painting my deck would help keep them away. I also have ALOT of ante. HE said you did not spray for ants (I thought you sprayed for wasps, ants, and spiderand all insects.For spending 375.00 I am not happy today that I have no warranty, its been two weeks,I was to call if issue. I wont be calling again, so please remove my credit card from my records.Thank you,DIANE ANDERSON.

Sam was very helpful. He took the time to address my concerns. And has silly has this seems took time to help me set wooden mouse trap. I felt a little stupid cause I was having a hard time learning to set. He took time to walk around the house so I knew where every trap was set. He could see that the whole thing made me uncomfortable snd skirmish so he agreed to come back in two weeks and help me check the activity. So far I haven't seen any mice caught but I'm hoping it will happen at night or next few days. He took time to walk outside with me and walk around and look at my skirting. He filled a couple of spots of my skirting with cooper wool that was by my air conditioner and gas pipe line. I appreciate that he took time to talk to me and address my concerns. He also made sure I had multiple glue traps to replace them as mice were caught. I had a couple dead ones that he removed for me. I also like that he sprayed for wasp and ants will be taken care off. For 50 bucks a month this gives me piece of mind as i know I can't tackle this on my own. I can't say how effective it is has it's only been since this morning.

These guys are the best and truly go above and beyond! I got home today after their visit and found that Sam pulled my garbage/recycle bins back up to the house from the curb! With my recent cancer diagnosis and receiving chemotherapy treatments, a task like that is a big deal and hard for me to do. I was planning on leaving them there until my husband got back from his work trip - so I’m sure my neighbors appreciate them, too! :)

When it comes to their services, they’re always quick to respond to any specific bug problem we have. We first called them out a little over a year ago to take care of a yellow jacket hornet issue and have kept up with their routine bug treatments ever since. They have a lot of difference pricing options and, even through this difficult financial time, we decided to keep this service because they’re affordable and reliable. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Our Miller Tech, Sam, is just the best. My wife is allergic to wasps - a huge swarm of them found our tree. I called Miller and Sam was at our house 20 minutes later. Sam worked long and hard to clear the wasps and discourage them from the rest of our property. With normal service calls, Sam is always courteous, careful and thorough with the work. Always answers my question and willing to take care of any extra requests. Sam is Miller Pest to us and we couldn't recommend them more. James.

Found this to be a very good service. From the first call, everyone we have talked to has been very courteous, professional and helpful.
When we contacted 'Miller', they were able to arrange for someone to come out right away the next day to assess our situation. The gentleman that came was very thorough in his inspection and offered a plan to take care of our concerns. We were able to set up a time for them to come back right away the next day, and the man that came to the house was very prompt and efficient in treating our home and property.
The treatment has been effective so far in taking care of the issue we were having.
Would definitely recommend!
