Was easy to make the appointment via live chat. The man who came out was super nice. However, we were not there when the service was done. We have a question. Tried calling the 1-800 number and recording said for faster service use live chat. Live chat said they could not help me because they do not have access to the local office’s records. Tried calling local office, got a recording that all agents were busy. Finally started ringing but it just rang and rang and nobody picked up. So I have no idea how to get my question answered.

Had insulation blown into attic over garage. Techs arrived at the appointed time and checked in with me. When they finished, they made sure the garage was swept and all the trash disposed.

This is to revise my previous review. Because of Shaun, the guy who did my pest control treatment, this company is getting 4, instead of 3 stars.
After my last post Chris(I believe that was the guy they sent) showed up, basically unannounced at my house the next business day. I did not like that, but it also showed their concern about my review. He listened to my concerned and I believe I was truly heard. What I did not appreciate was the continue degrading of the other company that my mother decided to use for her termite and moisture issue. Once maybe twice of putting the other company down, but it was several times. Extremely unprofessional. Other that that, his visit was pretty much professional.
When Shaun came to do my retreatment, free of charge, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerned, he addressed every issue, and was sincerely sorry I had a bad experience. His customer service and professionalism was top knotch!
I would recommend Terminix, of Morehead City for Pest Control.
I would also like to mention Raquel, who called to schedule my appointment, was incredibly polite, professional, and very friendly.

Not happy. My appointment for WDIR inspection was for 4PM Friday afternoon. My tech called me at 8:01 on Friday morning to inform me that he would be there at 11:00AM. This did not make me or the seller or the buyer or the real estate agent happy since they and I had all arranged our schedules to accommodate a 4:00PM appointment. That being said we ALL rearranged our schedules to accommodate your technician. Real estate transactions are emotionally charged enough without unexpected, last minute schedule changes to events that are required for the transaction to take place. The tech indicated that 4:00 was not an option when I told him that the appointment arrival window that was given to me by Terminix was from 3:45- 4:15- Myself and all others involved were very surprised and disappointed. This not the type of service that any of the people involved in this real estate transaction are accustomed to receiving from Terminix.

Shawn made us feel comfortable with his explanation about the cockroaches. He knows his 'stuff' and explained what our home is dealing with. He left cardboard traps to ensure the critters will have a place to land if and when they walk around our home. We want him to be the staff who comes back the end of March; kindly schedule him for a visit to our home for treatment #2. To date, we have seen only a few creepy crawlers, some now living on the traps. Thank you.
