Kevin is very good at keeping us as pest free as possible. He always remembers to avoid my herb bed and he is patient in answering my questions. On this last visit he explained how ants operate and how we were using the wrong techniques in trying to control them. I really appreciate having the same agent come every time. Thank you, Kevin.

I have been asking for months to receive an email when the technician will be coming out to the property for service. My office has 1 person in it and we are not always on site. The technician showed up again this month without notice. I am very unhappy with my service write now.

Still have all kind of pests inside and outside the house. termite treatment installation was so reckless, some was up-leveled and broke already and some was located in weird spots.

Your subcontractors were very professional and did a great job. However, Terminix fell short in managing this project. You didn't coordinate with your contractors to plan the work in the correct order (crawl space door replacement, then clean up). I had to work with your contractors to make that happen. One of the contractors showed up when I wasn't expecting him. I had to contact the Sales person to schedule him to come back for final inspection. I was told that final payment would be due after final inspection, yet I kept receiving invoices for payment before the service was complete. Terminix needs to manage their projects and communicate with the customer.

I am frustrated that you can’t talk to someone at the local Terminex. The 800 # is constantly busy and I end up chatting with a bot. I was promised when the salesman sold the package that I would receive a copy of the contract I signed and never did. Then I called to request it and was told it would be sent to me right away and I still don’t have it. I want a copy of what I signed.

We had the initial service twice yet the ant population in our house kept growing and growing. Eventually we had to buy ant baits and fight them ourselves. Aside from ants we have been seeing other bugs & spiders in the house even after 20 days after the spraying.Unfortunately We'll probably cancel our service.

I would have preferred your personal coming with the small tank to spray instead of can. That won’t be effective. That’s what Terminex have done for years in my previous home.

I was told there will be a crew of workers working on the house for two days, but only one guy came and worked for about 6 hours and left. He did good job of what he was told. No issues with him. I was quoted around $2100 for a crew of people working for two days, but in realty work was done by one person within 6 hours. Quote and the actual work is totally off. Also when I talked to someone at Terminix and told that only one guy showed up he was surprised. He was expecting more.
